Proven Investor and Developer

I’m an accomplished real estate investor and developer with more than 11 years of experience in Brisbane’s property market. I bought my first property at the age of 21, a high growth investment property in inner-city Brisbane. I strategically selected this house for both rental yield and long-term capital growth. Since then, my property portfolio has grown exponentially, and currently includes various long-term investments. I followed my passion and founded a successful development company through which I have completed several subdivisions and new builds. I have also built successful self-managed superannuation funds comprising of investment properties with high rental yields.

My passion

Having lived the majority of my life in Brisbane, I truly believe it is one of the most attractive locations in the world. With its unique mix of luxurious riverfront property estates as well as affordable housing, coupled with the projected population growth and expected infrastructure, I believe Brisbane's high level of demand for residential property will continue and in turn drive long-term price growth.

I am highly qualified

I am a dual degree holder from the University of Queensland as well as an admitted lawyer with the Supreme Court of Queensland. My educational background and corporate work experience have been instrumental in developing my strong work ethic, communication and negotiation skills. In a real estate context, I am a full Queensland real estate licence holder having attained my certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
